You will receive a QR Code 2 days before the event. At the venue, show your QR Code at the entry gate to collect your wristband, which will allow you access inside.

Gates open at 5:30 PM on January 25, 2026. We recommend arriving early to collect your wristband, find good seating, and enjoy the pre-show activities including the photo booth and merchandise stalls.

Yes, parking is available at Gurajada Kalakshetram. We recommend carpooling or using public transportation as parking may be limited. Nearby parking areas and ride-sharing services are also available.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the event is cancelled or postponed. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the event.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. Please plan accordingly and have your meals before arriving at the event.

Prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras with detachable lenses, outside food/drinks, laser pointers, and any items deemed dangerous. Security checks will be conducted at entry.
